to be exact, tomorrow we are going to do our very-first-LDV-group-oral-presentation for this sem!
me, Wan, and Shidee are teamed up together, the title of the oral that we picked (actually I picked)
is about environment~
but that is not the point.
the point is, we aren't prepare the slides yet...
I'm a bit worry or I can say that BIG WORRY bcoz the oral presentation is part of our assignments,
so I don't want to lose marks bcoz of the 'not-prepared-slide'.
I mean like- I'm in hell right now!!

B.O.R.E.D.O.M
It's been an age since my last here.
Ah, boring, boring, and boring. That’s all that’s in my vocabulary right now. College is boring with a capital B.my SO-CALLED-FRIENDS are doing their assignments, assignments, assignments and assignments.
And they're so serious all the time!
Good thing i have my hp that can company me all the time....listening to "Gee"...haha...
If not then I would have DIED of boredom.
I haven't started most of my assignments yet, it's only a few days to pass them up,
but I'm too lazy to do all of it....
the word is B.O.R.I.N.G....
seriously, I dislike college at this moment.!!
Not much happened today and I was bored to death. Well, almost.

ways to release Stress ^^
hello guys... now I want to share with u guys how to release ur stress.... this month must be a tough month for u guys as we all surrounded by ASSIGNMENTS!! right??? hahaha..... I feel the same way too...
so dun worry.....sit back n relax... n enjoy k.....huhu...
Today life is full of all claims and issues, plus a variety of live load, stress seems to be something that is inevitable. Such pressure by the pressure if left unchecked will be very psychologically disturbing. However, there are many ways to relieve stress....check it out guys....:

1. Take a break!
When you realize you began to feel the pressure, stop whatever you are doing and saying the middle of the heart in yourself "calm." ^^
2. Breath......
Breathe deeply and slowly release it, concentrate on your diaphragm movement. Do this two or three times until you begin to feel in control.
3. decrease the tensions
If you're sitting, stand up and do a stretching or whatever you can. Movement of the hands and arms in turn, then lift your shoulders and make your body feel relaxed.
4. Move
Do brisk walking, although it was only the streets around the room or bathroom, it is useful to help improve blood circulation. Engaged on a regular basis can help to burn the negative effects of stress hormones.
5. Shouting and Screaming!!!
Go to a private place and screaming or yelling as loud as you can. It can also be used for therapeutic stress reliever. Some people find hitting the pillow as hard as possible to help.
6. Essential Flower TherapyPut several drops of flower essence, such as Bach Rescue Remedy, Jan de Vries Emergency Essence or Australian Bush Flower Essence Emergency, in your tongue. (merepek jer) huhu
7. Think Positive +ve ^^
Choose something that is feasible, a positive personal thoughts - such as' I feel positive pressure, not stress the negative "- and repeated regularly on yourself.
8. Eat healthy food
Live a healthy diet and do not be tempted to eat excessive. Eat healthy snacks such as dried fruits, wheat biscuit to help improve your blood sugar levels.
9. Listen to Music~
Listen to the gentle rhythm of the music can help you more relaxed. Voice recordings of nature like the surf, the birds chirping, or the sound of water flowing very ideal
10. Learn to be more assertive.
Said 'NO' to unreasonable demands will help you reduce stress.
11. Organized
Start the program in your daily life according to your time effectively. Make a priority so you can deal with stress at a time.
12. Give Praise of Other People
Make a point to give a sincere compliment to others around you. If you can make them feel comfortable with themselves to give a positive effect on you as well.
13. Laugh
Watch a comedy, laugh with your friends, or visit a special website to provide a joke - laughter is the extraordinary remedy of stress. *don't too over laugh, or u will end up living in the hospital bahagia^^
14. Consumption of Vitamins and Supplements
You may need vitamin B group, and antioxidants like vitamins C and E at the moment of pressure. Probiotic supplements can also help you cope with stress.

[Gempa Bumi, Di Antara Tanda Kekuasaan Allah]
Sesungguhnya Allah Maha Bijaksana dan Maha Mengetahui terhadap semua yang dilaksanakan dan ditetapkan. Sebagaimana juga Allah Maha Bijaksana dan Maha Mengetahui terhadap semua syari’at dan semua yang diperintahkan. Allah menciptakan berbagai tanda-tanda kekuasaan-Nya sesuai yang Dia kehendaki. Dia pun menetapkannya untuk menakut-nakuti hamba-Nya. Dengan tanda-tanda tersebut, Allah mengingatkan kewajiban hamba-hamba-Nya, yang menjadi hak Allah ‘azza wa Jalla. Hal ini untuk mengingatkan para hamba dari perbuatan syirik dan melanggar perintah serta melakukan yang dilarang. Allah Ta’ala berfirman,
“Dan tidaklah Kami memberi tanda-tanda itu melainkan untuk menakut-nakuti.” (QS. Al-Israa: 59)
Allah Ta’ala juga berfirman,
“Kami akan memperlihatkan kepada mereka tanda-tanda (kekuasaan) Kami di segenap ufuk dan pada diri mereka sendiri, sehingga jelaslah bagi mereka bahwa Al-Qur’an itu benar. Dan apakah Rabb-mu tidak cukup (bagi kamu), bahwa sesungguhnya Dia menyaksikan segala sesuatu.” (QS. Fushilat: 53)
Allag Ta’ala pun berfirman,
“Katakanlah (Wahai Muhammad) : “Dia (Allah) Maha Berkuasa untuk mengirimkan adzab kepada kalian, dari atas kalian atau dari bawah kaki kalian, atau Dia mencampurkan kamu dalam golongan-golongan (yang saling bertentangan), dan merasakan kepada sebagian kalian keganasan sebahagian yang lain” (QS. Al-An’am: 65)
Imam Bukhari meriwayatkan di dalam kitab shahihnya, dari Jabir bin ‘Abdillah radhiyallahu ‘anhuma, dari Nabi shallallahu ‘alaihi wa sallam, tatkala turun firman Allah Ta’ala dalam surat Al An’am [قُلْ هُوَ الْقَادِرُ عَلَى أَنْ يَبْعَثَ عَلَيْكُمْ عَذَابًا مِنْ فَوْقِكُمْ], beliau shallallahu ‘alaihi wa sallam berdo’a: “Aku berlindung dengan wajah-Mu”. Lalu Rasulullah shallallahu ‘alaihi wa sallam melanjutkan (membaca) [أَوْ مِنْ تَحْتِ أَرْجُلِكُمْ], beliau shallallahu ‘alaihi wa sallam berdo’a lagi, “Aku berlindung dengan wajah-Mu.” [2]
Diriwayatkan oleh Abu Syaikh Al Ash-bahani, dari Mujahid tentang tafsir surat Al An’am ayat 65 [قُلْ هُوَ الْقَادِرُ عَلَى أَنْ يَبْعَثَ عَلَيْكُمْ عَذَابًا مِنْ فَوْقِكُمْ], beliau mengatakan bahwa yang dimaksudkan adalah halilintar, hujan batu dan angin topan. Sedangkan firman Allah [أَوْ مِنْ تَحْتِ أَرْجُلِكُمْ], yang dimaksudkan adalah gempa dan tanah longsor.
Jelaslah, bahwa musibah-musibah yang terjadi pada masa-masa ini di berbagai tempat termasuk tanda-tanda kekuasaan Allah guna menakut-nakuti para hamba-Nya.
[Musibah Datang Dikarenakan Kesyirikan dan Maksiat yang Diperbuat]
(Perlu diketahui), semua musibah yang terjadi di alam ini, berupa gempa dan musibah lainnya yang menimbulkan bahaya bagi para hamba serta menimbulkan berbagai macam penderitaan, itu semua disebabkan oleh perbuatan syirik dan maksiat yang diperbuat. Perhatikanlah firman Allah Ta’ala,
“Dan musibah apa saja yang menimpa kalian, maka disebabkan oleh perbuatan tangan kalian sendiri, dan Allah mema’afkan sebagian besar (dari kesalahan-kesalahanmu)” (QS. Asy-Syuura: 30)
Allah Ta’ala juga berfirman,
“Nikmat apapun yang kamu terima, maka itu dari Allah, dan bencana apa saja yang menimpamu, maka itu karena (kesalahan) dirimu sendiri.” (QS. An-Nisaa: 79)
Allah Ta’ala menceritakan tentang umat-umat terdahulu,
“Maka masing-masing (mereka itu) Kami siksa disebabkan dosanya, maka di antara mereka ada yang Kami timpakan kepadanya hujan batu krikil, dan di antara mereka ada yang ditimpa suara keras yang mengguntur (halilintar), dan di antara mereka ada yang Kami benamkan ke dalam bumi, dan di antara mereka ada yang kami tenggelamkan, dan Allah sekali-kali tidak hendak menganiaya mereka, akan tetapi merekalah yang menganiaya diri mereka sendiri.” (QS. Al-Ankabut: 40)
[Kembali pada Allah Sebab Terlepas dari Musibah]
Oleh karena itu, wajib bagi setiap kaum muslimin yang telah dibebani syari’at dan kaum muslimin lainnya, agar bertaubat kepada Allah ‘Azza wa Jalla, konsisten di atas agama, serta menjauhi larangan Allah yaitu kesyirikan dan maksiat. Sehingga dengan demikian, mereka akan selamat dari seluruh bahaya di dunia maupun di akhirat. Allah pun akan menghindarkan dari mereka berbagai adzab, dan menganugrahkan kepada mereka berbagai kebaikan. Perhatikan firman Allah Subhanahu wa Ta’ala.
“Sekiranya penduduk negeri-negeri beriman dan bertakwa, pastilah Kami akan melimpahkan kepada mereka berkah dari langit dan bumi, tetapi mereka mendustakan (ayat-ayat Kami) itu, maka Kami siksa mereka disebabkan perbuatannya.” (QS. Al-A’raaf: 96)
Allah Ta’ala pun mengatakan tentang Ahli Kitab (Yahudi dan Nashrani),
“Dan sekiranya mereka sungguh-sungguh menjalankan (hukum) Taurat, Injil dan (Al-Qur’an) yang diturunkan kepada mereka dari Rabb-nya, niscaya mereka akan mendapat makanan dari atas mereka dan dari bawah kaki mereka.” (QS. Al-Maidah: 66)
Allah Ta’ala berfirman,
“Maka apakah penduduk negeri-negeri itu merasa aman dari kedatangan siksaan Kami kepada mereka di malam hari di waktu mereka sedang tidur? Atau apakah penduduk negeri-negeri itu merasa aman dari kedatangan siksaan Kami kepada mereka di waktu matahari sepenggahan naik ketika mereka sedang bermain? Maka apakah mereka merasa aman dari adzab Allah (yang tidak terduga-duga)? Tiadalah yang merasa aman dari adzab Allah kecuali orang-orang yang merugi.” (QS. Al-A’raaf : 97-99)
[Perkataan Para Salaf Ketika Terjadi Gempa]
Al ‘Allaamah Ibnul Qayyim –rahimahullah- mengatakan,
”Pada sebagian waktu, Allah Subhanahu wa Ta’ala memberikan izin kepada bumi untuk bernafas, lalu terjadilah gempa yang dahsyat. Akhirnya, muncullah rasa takut yang mencekam pada hamba-hamba Allah. Ini semua sebagai peringatan agar mereka bersegera bertaubat, berhenti dari berbuat maksiat, tunduk kepada Allah dan menyesal atas dosa-dosa yang selama ini diperbuat. Sebagian salaf mengatakan ketika terjadi goncangan yang dahsyat, ”Sesungguhnya Allah mencela kalian”.
‘Umar bin Khatthab -radhiyallahu ’anhu-, pasca gemba di Madinah langsung menyampaikan khutbah dan wejangan. ‘Umar -radhiyallahu ’anhu- mengatakan, ”Jika terjadi gempa lagi, janganlah kalian tinggal di kota ini”. Demikian yang dikatakan oleh Ibnul Qayyim -rahimahullah-. Para salaf memiliki perkataan yang banyak mengenai kejadian semacam ini.
[Bersegera Bertaubat dan Memohon Ampun pada Allah]
Saat terjadi gempa atau bencana lain seperti gerhana, angin ribut dan banjir, hendaklah setiap orang bersegera bertaubat kepada Allah subhanahu wa ta’ala, merendahkan diri kepada-Nya dan memohon keselamatan dari-Nya, memperbanyak dzikir dan istighfar (memohon ampunan pada Allah). Rasulullah shallallahu ’alaihi wa sallam ketika terjadi gerhana bersabda, “Jika kalian melihat gerhana, maka bersegeralah berdzikir kepada Allah, memperbanyak do’a dan bacaan istighfar.”[3]
[Dianjurkan Memperbanyak Sedekah dan Menolong Fakir Miskin]
Begitu pula ketika terjadi musibah semacam itu, dianjurkan untuk menyayangi fakir miskin dan memberi sedekah kepada mereka. Nabi shallallahu ‘alaihi wa sallam bersabda,
“Sayangilah (saudara kalian), maka kalian akan disayangi.”[4]
Juga sabda Nabi shallallahu ‘alaihi wa sallam,
“Orang yang menebar kasih sayang akan disayang oleh Allah Yang Maha Penyayang. Sayangilah yang di muka bumi, kalian pasti akan disayangi oleh Allah yang berada di atas langit”[5]
Nabi shallallahu ‘alaihi wa sallam bersabda,
“Orang yang tidak memiliki kasih sayang, pasti tidak akan disayang.”[6]
Diriwayatkan dari ‘Umar bin Abdul Aziz –rahimahullah- bahwasanya saat terjadi gempa, beliau menulis surat kepada pemerintahan daerah bawahannya agar memperbanyak shadaqah.
[Yang Mesti Diperintahkan Pemimpin Kaum Muslimin kepada Rakyatnya]
Di antara sebab terselamatkan dari berbagai kejelekan adalah hendakanya pemimpin kaum muslimin bersegera memerintahkan pada rakyat bawahannya agar berpegang teguh pada kebenaran, kembali berhukum dengan syari’at Allah, juga hendaklah mereka menjalankan amar ma’ruf nahi mungkar. Allah ‘Azzawa Jalla berfirman,
“Dan orang-orang yang beriman, lelaki dan perempuan, sebagian mereka (adalah) menjadi penolong sebagian yang lain. Mereka menyuruh (mengerjakan) yang ma’ruf, mencegah dari yang munkar, mendirikan shalat, menunaikan zakat dan mereka ta’at kepada Allah dan RasulNya. Mereka itu akan diberi rahmat oleh Allah. Sesungguhnya Allah Maha Perkasa lagi Maha Bijakasana” (QS. At-Taubah: 71)
Allah Ta’ala berfirman,
”Sesungguhnya Allah pasti menolong orang yang menolong (agama)Nya. Sesungguhnya Allah benar-benar Maha Kuat lagi Maha Perkasa, (yaitu) orang-orang yang jika Kami teguhkan kedudukan mereka di muka bumi, niscaya mereka mendirikan shalat, menunaikan zakat, menyuruh berbuat yang ma’ruf dan mencegah dari perbuatan yang mungkar ; dan kepada Allah-lah kembali segala urusan.” (QS. Al-Hajj : 40-41)
Allah Ta’ala berfirman,
“Barangsiapa yang bertakwa kepada Allah, niscaya Dia akan mengadakan baginya jalan ke luar. Dan memberinya rizki dari arah yang tiada disangka-sangkanya. Dan barangsiapa yang bertawakkal kepada Allah, niscaya Allah akan mencukupkan (keperluan)nya.” (QS. Ath-Thalaaq: 2-3)
Ayat-ayat semacam ini amatlah banyak
[Anjuran untuk Menolong Kaum Muslimin yang Tertimpa Musibah]
Rasulullah shallallahu ’alaihi wa sallam bersabda,
”Barangsiapa menolong saudaranya, maka Allah akan selalu menolongnya”.[7]
Rasulullah shallallahu ’alaihi wa sallam bersabda.
”Barangsiapa yang membebaskan satu kesusahan seorang mukmin dari kesusahan-kesusahan dunia, maka Allah akan melepaskannya dari satu kesusahan di antara kesusahan-kesusahan akhirat. Barangsiapa memberikan kemudahan kepada orang yang kesulitan, maka Allah akan memudahkan dia di dunia dan akhirat. Barangsiapa yang menutup aib seorang muslim, maka Allah akan menutupi aibnya di dunia dan akhirat. Dan Allah akan selalu menolong seorang hamba selama hamba itu menolong saudaranya”.[8] Hadits ini diriwayatkan oleh Muslim dalam kitab shahihnya.
Hadits-hadits yang mendorong untuk menolong sesama amatlah banyak.

Hanya kepada Allah kita memohon agar memperbaiki kondisi kaum Musimin, memberikan pemahaman agama, menganugrahkan keistiqomahan dalam agama, dan segera bertaubat kepada Allah dari setiap dosa. Semoga Allah memperbaiki kondisi para penguasa kaum Muslimin. Semoga Allah menolong dalam memperjuangkan kebenaran dan menghinakan kebathilan melalui para penguasa tersebut. Semoga Allah membimbing para penguasa tadi untuk menerapkan syari’at Allah bagi para hamba-Nya. Semoga Allah melindungi mereka dan seluruh kaum Muslimin dari berbagai cobaan dan jebakan setan. Sesungguhnya Allah Maha Berkuasa untuk hal itu.

I couldn't do it!!
though I spend quite sometimes reading on my ES notes, still I couldn't do it....what a day...
I found it was too difficult!!!
why most people find it easy to answer the hell-like questions???? why not me??

Sport's day
Assalamualaikum and hello...~ greeting to all creatures......
It's been a while since my last post.
There were many things happened last week, but still I got no chance to talk about it.
To begin with, our IPG held a sport day on 3rd march 2011 last week.
The sport was successfully participated by all the students in IPG.
Unfortunately, there were still some people didn't take part in any event.
To be told that the sport was organised to let the students to show their talents
as well as provide a chance for them to know each other and work hand in hand.
It also for the junior like me to get to know our seniors better.
It was a fun experience to know each other especially knowing them from other K unit.
I was in the 'Red Eagle' team which is the winning team on that day.
I'm so proud to be part of the team. huhu^^
Moreover, all the K unit have to join the marching band for our Eagle team,..
including me...as I am in K unit as well.
At first I felt that this marching thing will mess me up and so thought I won't get any chance
to study for my moc exam. After I've joined the marching band,
I found the excitement in myself.
I did enjoy it. It was fun.
So..in order to not let our team down, we started to practice for about two weeks before the sports day.
Though we struggled to get the steps alas we did it.
Unfortunately, a day before the sport day, we have been told by our senior that we have
to change the formation.
They made up the new formations which were more simple and accurate to the time limit
or I can say it as a one way formations.
Some of us thought that we all couldn't make it during the sports day,
but after we have been brain washed by our senior, and thinking of all the preparations
that has been prepared we all decided to do our best for our team.
The night before the sports day, we practiced until midnight in the field.
At last, during the sport day our team did a-so-great-job....hehe.....
though we didn't win the first prize for marching, we managed to do it without any problems.
To be honest, it was really hot and so uncomfortable wearing the paper-made-hat a.k.a cowboy hat..haha....
Actually when you wear it, you definitely look like a mushroom. haha..^^
Our Eagle team collected many points and took us up to the top.
yuhuuu...hehe....congratulations to Eagle team..huhu...
It was really exciting as I was the one who were jumping here and there...
shouting and screaming "Helang Juara!!!" for many times......
though it seemed exhausting thing to do, but I still can stand until the event end.
The unforgettable moment was, when they announced our Eagle team is the winner for the
whole round, which was I jumped with the pom-pom thing on my hand and shouted
"JUARA!!"
I was so happy that day. 'majulah sukan untuk negara'..huhu
We all went back to our hostel and we also gave some feedback about the sports day
and shared our feelings in Facebook. It was truly a great experience.
And that's there is, and there isn't anymore.
From now onwards, I must put my head on the exam mood.
If there is more fun, and there will be trouble on the way....~ huhu

They made up the new formations which were more simple and accurate to the time limit
or I can say it as a one way formations.
Some of us thought that we all couldn't make it during the sports day,
but after we have been brain washed by our senior, and thinking of all the preparations
that has been prepared we all decided to do our best for our team.
The night before the sports day, we practiced until midnight in the field.
At last, during the sport day our team did a-so-great-job....hehe.....
though we didn't win the first prize for marching, we managed to do it without any problems.
To be honest, it was really hot and so uncomfortable wearing the paper-made-hat a.k.a cowboy hat..haha....
Actually when you wear it, you definitely look like a mushroom. haha..^^
Our Eagle team collected many points and took us up to the top.
yuhuuu...hehe....congratulations to Eagle team..huhu...
It was really exciting as I was the one who were jumping here and there...
shouting and screaming "Helang Juara!!!" for many times......
though it seemed exhausting thing to do, but I still can stand until the event end.
The unforgettable moment was, when they announced our Eagle team is the winner for the
whole round, which was I jumped with the pom-pom thing on my hand and shouted
"JUARA!!"
I was so happy that day. 'majulah sukan untuk negara'..huhu
We all went back to our hostel and we also gave some feedback about the sports day
and shared our feelings in Facebook. It was truly a great experience.
And that's there is, and there isn't anymore.
From now onwards, I must put my head on the exam mood.
If there is more fun, and there will be trouble on the way....~ huhu
